You were made for more than this.
You just needed someone to remind you.
Digital She Wrote is for the Christian woman who is done waiting for permission to build a life that actually fits — her faith, her family, and the gifts God placed in her hands long before she recognised them.
I heard God speak to me at my work desk. This is what happened next.
A little over a year ago I was living a life that looked fine from the outside and felt completely wrong on the inside.
I was homeschooling my kids in the morning, dropping them at their grandparents, then heading to work — coming home exhausted, guilty and empty. We hadn’t had real Bible time in weeks. My kids weren’t themselves. I wasn’t myself. Everything felt rushed and forced and so far from what I believed motherhood was supposed to look like.
So I prayed. I prayed hard and I prayed often. “God, show me where I’m going wrong. Show me a way out. If motherhood is my ministry, why am I not home?”
And I felt Him say, clear as anything… “Why aren’t you home? You have the tools to be home. You have the tools to remain home.”
The next day I sat at my work desk turning those words over in my head. What tools? I opened my personal laptop on my lunch break, opened Canva, and in thirty minutes, with no Bible next to me, no AI, just thirty years of making faith resources in my bones — I created two kids Bible packs from scratch.
When I closed the laptop I sat there and cried. Because I realised that I had been carrying a gift for so long that I had stopped seeing it as one. That night I looked up how to build a website and sell digital products. And here we are.
Maybe you haven’t had your lunch break moment yet. Maybe this is it.
I’m not standing at the top of anything looking down at you. I’m in it… creating in the pockets of time, when the kids are in bed, during nap times, in the in-between moments. I have six kids, we homeschool, and some days everything still feels like too much.
But I’m home. And I’m building something that God told me I already had the tools for.
Digital She Wrote exists because I believe there are women sitting exactly where I was sitting… talented, tired, faithful, and completely unaware of what they’re already carrying.
This is a space for the Christian woman who is figuring out how to hold faith, motherhood and ambition all at once… without dropping any of them.
You’ll find honest conversations here. Resources that make raising kids in faith simpler. And hopefully, a reminder that the life you’re praying for might be closer than you think.
This is what Digital She Wrote is about.
